How we handle reviews

Only people who bought this product from jetprint can review it: each review is written while signed in to the account that placed the order, and only after the order has been shipped, within 30 days. We offer 10 points for every approved review, once per product bought, whether the review is positive or negative: the points are the same whatever the rating. We publish all reviews that follow our rules (truthful, about your experience of the product and without offensive or advertising content), including negative ones. The average includes all published reviews, with equal weight. Reviews are shown newest first. Find out more
